In the beginning there was an idea. And, that idea is as follows : Create digital poetry postcards via the utilization of modern technological means. A digital poetry postcard shall be defined as the virtual facsimile of an actual postcard. Such a digital poetry postcard shall consist of an image, the 'front' of the postcard, and an image poem, the 'back' of the postcard. An image poem shall be defined as a 5 line poem. The first 4 lines of the poem shall document an image, which may, or may not be, either explicitly or implicitly linked to the image on the 'front' of the postcard. The final 1 line shall reveal an insight relative the image documented in lines 1 through 4. And so it was and shall be, for as long as it is deemed worth being.
